At Dainty Galore, we take great pride in creating each piece of jewelry by hand, ensuring it is perfect just for you. Please review your order carefully before confirming, as changes cannot be made once production has begun.

✰Custom Orders

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri)
  • Production Time: 15-20 business days (Mon-Fri)
  • Shipping Time: 5-7 days (depending on location)

Example: If you place an order on 5/10, it should be shipped by 5/30.

✰Non-Custom Orders

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri)
  • Production Time: 2 business days (Mon-Fri)
  • Shipping Time: 3-5 days (depending on location)

Example: If you place an order on 5/10, it should be shipped by 5/15.

✰Important Notes:

  • Processing Time: Your order’s processing begins once payment is cleared by your bank, which may take 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 4 PM will begin processing the following day.
  • Order Confirmation: Please verify your order details before completing your purchase, as we are unable to make changes once production has started.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Once your order has shipped via USPS, it is out of our control. DaintyGalore is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you haven't received your item, please follow up with USPS directly. We do not replace lost or damaged packages, so ensure you are available on the day of delivery.
